Description of the ServiceHeirHouse is a private digital space designed to help users store, organize, and share personal memories, including photos, videos, audio recordings, and written content.The service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future.3. EligibilityHeirHouse is not intended for children under the age of 13.
By using the service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete the account and associated data.4. Accounts and SecurityYou are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- all activity that occurs under your accountYou agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.5. User Content and Ownership
Your ContentYou retain full ownership of all content you submit to HeirHouse, including photos, videos, audio recordings, text, and information about yourself or others (“User Content”).License to HeirHouseTo operate the service, you grant HeirHouse a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the HeirHouse service to you and to those you choose to share with.This license:- does not transfer ownership
- does not allow us to sell or commercialize your contentterminates when your account is deleted, subject to backup retention described in our Privacy Policy6. Sharing and AccessYou may invite others to view your House. Invited viewers:
- may view content you share
- may not contribute content
- lose access immediately if you revoke sharingHeirHouse cannot control or prevent actions taken outside the app (such as screenshots or screen recordings).7. Acceptable UseYou agree not to use HeirHouse to store, share, or distribute content that:
- is illegal
- is pornographic or sexually explicit
- exploits or endangers minors
- infringes on the rights of others
- is abusive, harassing, or threatening
- impersonates another person
- interferes with or abuses the service8. Enforcement and ModerationWe reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to:remove content that violates these Termssuspend or terminate accountslimit access to the serviceWe may take these actions at our discretion to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.9. Emotional Content DisclaimerHeirHouse may store deeply personal or emotional content.
The service is not intended to provide legal, medical, or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for how you use and rely on your content.10. Service AvailabilityHeirHouse is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, L5 LLC will not be liable for:
- loss of data
- service interruptions
- emotional distress
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesYour use of the service is at your own risk.12. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time.

- maintaining app performance and security4. AI and Automated ProcessingHeirHouse does not include AI features today.We do not use your personal content to train shared or third-party AI models.If we introduce AI-powered features in the future:
- they will be clearly explained in plain language
- you will be explicitly asked to opt in
- no AI feature will access your content without your consent5. Data SharingWe do not sell your data.We share data only:
- with service providers (such as cloud infrastructure) necessary to operate the app
- with people you choose to share your House with
- when required by law6. Third-Party ServicesHeirHouse relies on third-party providers such as Firebase for:
- authentication
- data storage
- analytics
- cloud infrastructureThese providers process data only on our behalf and under contractual obligations.7. Data Retention and DeletionYou may delete individual content at any time.You may delete your account at any time:
- access ends immediately
- permanent deletion occurs within 30 days
- backups may persist briefly but are not used and are deleted on a rolling basis8. Children’s PrivacyHeirHouse is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If we learn that we have, we will delete the data.9. International UsersHeirHouse is operated from the United States.
Users outside the U.S. may have additional rights under local laws and may contact us to exercise those rights.10.
